No internet or wifi connection

Hi,

I am having an issue with my Superhub router. Since an outage in my area this week my hub's LED's and continually cycling around, green, two green then two blue, then back to the start.

I have tried the following fixes:
Checked all the cables are secure
Power cycled the hub
Have done an online test which advises the hub is powered off, its powered on.

Is there anything else I should try?

Best to phone customer services, VM staff will pick up your post, but not for a few days.
