No internet or tv

LU2 0PJ. we've had problems all week. Your engineers turned up in the street today. On your website it estimated the fault would be fixed by 6pm. Your engineers Left at 4pm. At 6.17pm I received a text saying the fault was fixed. Yet, still no internet and no TV. Website says no fault yet there is and when I call to complain even your Indian call centre staff tell me in their broken English that their is still a fault. So do you pretend to fix the faults online to increase your ofcom figures. Or are you just as bad at updating your own systems as you are with ours...
