Help! Have connect the new WiFi hub. All cables are correct but the box has been flashing green for an hour and a half. Have been on hold to support for nearly an hour! Not good enough. Have turned it off and on, nothing.
Any advice?

Did you make the activation call?
Does the old hub still work?
