I had a powercut this evening, and have had no internet since. No problems in my area.
I'm unable to connect to the router (hub 4) also not able to perform a factory reset, and the usual manual reset steps have done nothing. Using the button on the back yields no results and the light stays a solid white.
I work from home and my work is reliant on a having a fast stable internet connection, I can tether off of my phone but cant get an engineer until monday, so would be using a huge amount of mobile data
Are they any other steps I can perform to kick the router back into gear?
