As in the title. Moved house, and my new self install broadband equipment supposed to be delivered today. Text yesterday saying Yodel will be in touch with a 2 hour delivery slot and heard nothing, no tracking number received either. Yodel customer service said they couldn't do anything without a tracking number, and Virgin customer service were even worse. They just said an engineer will be with me before 9pm?? It's not an engineer job it's self install. 9pm now with no sign from Yodel so my equipment not received today as I was told. Any assistance appreciated, thanks. I was supposed to start WFH tomorrow so have had to take extra AL.

I can see after having a quick look that your services are now active and up and running - is everything working fine as expected on your part now?
