Ordered 1130 mb last week with a quick start guide.
Recently moved into a house with Virgin already installed in it, I’ve received an order confirmation but never received anything about the delivery date. The delivery date is 25/10 (today).
Pretty annoyed since this had effected my household from a work perspective, tried contacting Virgin but it seems impossible to get in contact with someone.
Wondering what I should try next?
