Hi there,
I ordered my quick start broadband package on 31/01 and I have not received a confirmation of the delivery date as stated, this was due to be delivered on the 5th. Order reference is CH2004355512.
I got the order summary email but no follow up emails afterwards, is my order still taking place has there been an issue?
