No data

I have just changed from rolling 30 day contract to 12 month and been sent a new SIM. I have been told it is now connected and I have a 4g signal but can't access the internet.

Hi KathP,

 

Sorry for the delayed response. Are you still having issues connecting to the internet? Most newer handsets may require the data service to be manually switched to 4G or 'LTE'
