Hi,
My local Virgin representative signed me up last week and I received the start up box on Thursday. I have had no confirmation email, no letter even after speaking to customer support on Saturday who said I would have a confirmation email in 24-48 hours.
I can't set up my account and use my WiFi until I receive the email, and customer service has been no help and not done as promised. Can someone please look at my account for me! Thanks

I am sorry to hear that you have had some issues with getting your contract sorted.
As a few days have passed since your post, could you please advise if you have had this sent to you as of yet?
