I received my virgin broadband and tv package today and realized we don't have the virgin media box on our wall to connect the broadband to. I spoke to someone on the phone about this who connected me to someone else to book a technician in. We booked someone in for this Friday 19th Aug, but I haven't received a confirmation email of this booking. Any advice?

As it's so close to your actual appointment date I would (begrudgingly) call them via 150, 0345 454 1111 or 0800 052 0422 to confirm.
