Hi,
When searching whether Virgin media is available at my post code I get the message
"We're pretty sure you'll be able to get your perfect Virgin Media package, but we'll need to get a bit more info first. Just pop your details in below and we’ll be in touch within ten working days to tell you what services are available there."
I put in my information and never hear back.
What is this about? I have lived at this address for over 4 years, and filled out this online form countless times and nobody ever responds.
