No broadband or phone (area 21)

Both broadband and phone have been down for 5 days now. Website shows no issues in my area, run the test and it says there are issues, the automated phone service is beyond terrible. I need to get this fixed asap as its causing enormous stress for my home life as my wife works from home and now cannot due to this. HELP!!!

As well as the “check service,” weblink there is also a Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which usually tells you of local issues, down to postcode level (that might even not yet be listed on the Service Status web page) that may give you more info. If nothing shows there call it in and see what they say when they test your connection and if possible get a fault reference number.

Thanks for your response, i've spoken to someone via the messaging system on the website, they expect it to be down until the 6th August. :o(
