Hey.
I registered for broadband last week and got a confirmation email with a delivery date. Stated to get a welcome email and confirmation of delivery but have received nothing. Was intended to get the hub today but no communication on it and can't use my virgin app due to no welcome email with account number.

The installation has not gone ahead and have received no more emails from Virgin besides the original confirmation email.
