No Welcome Email

So I set up my Virgin Wifi over the phone on 11th of July, waited 5-7 working days for my welcome email and it still hasn’t come!! so i have no way of setting up my account.

I have received my equipment and got a text saying it’s activated but nothing in my emails so i can’t set up a myvirgin account because i need the details from my welcome email.

Still no email, why isn’t it coming through? am i able to receive a link to the information i need to setup my virgin? even if it’s texted to me?
