No Wall Socket For QuickStart

I thought I had a wall socket but my hub doesn't like it. I have attached pictures of what I do have. Can anyone help  PLEASE!! It is a total dead zone in my house and am currently amusing the neighbours by hanging  out the upstairs window. Thanks Resized_20190612_215224_7572.jpeg

I'd think the one in the middle with the double TV / FM connectors would be the cable connection, with the one on the left for TV the one to use. If that doesn't work with the kit you've been sent then you will need an engineer to resolve it.

Those are for a satellite connection by the looks of it, nothing to do with Virgin Media
