No Virgin Socket

My self install kit arrives soon and the virgin cable does enter the house, however I have no wall socket just one unidentified cable emerging underneath another socket. I can't get confirmation that this is all I need for the install as others say you must have a media socket.

Any help please, do I need an engineer?

Okay, thank you for sending this picture over. You are going to need a wall socket which require a engineer come and install one.
