Hello!
Just joined virgin for the very first time, was allowed to order the broadband but it has come and I don't have a wall socket.
Advertises that there is a live chat option, it won't connect. Cannot speak to a human on the phone.
Explain how I'm meant to fix this without speaking to someone? I live in flats so have read that possibly someone has a virgin output in their home in the block, but this does not solve my issue.
So Virgin can you please email me, call me, something to try and fix this because Ive not got any WiFi as your "screening" has failed me. Thanks.
