I selected self-install pack however there is no Virgin Media wall socket or something like that. How can I solve this issue ? I could not find any socket used for it. URGENT !

Quick Start self-serve installs are offered where there's previously been VM service and so the connections are assumed to be present & working.
If, for whatever reason, that's not the case, then you'll need to book a manned engineer install. You can either call into do that (0345 4541111, or 150 from a VM phone) or wait on here for staff to respond - this may take a day or so.
