Hello,
Just moving in in the new house, have collected my self install package and found no Virgin wall socket in a house, just two cables out of the wall. Tried to contact support team, and was no luck with security questions, don't know why. Can someone support, please? May be I can buy a socket somewhere? My first experience with Virgin and have an issues on the first day.

Some properties only have a cable and not a socket. Look outside for the omnibox and trace where the cable goes to the inside.
However two cables sounds like Sky. Post up some photos for guidance.

How long has it been since you turned on the HUB?
It may need activating.
