No TV Signal in Cardiff since Friday 2nd August

I have had no TV signal since Friday 2nd August.

It is a Virgin media issue as engineers are trying to fix it still but not at all happy as no TV for 5 days so far.

It is all HD channels with error (W02) whatever that is.

Has anyone else had or got this issue.

Sounds like you've got a problem with the signals to your box - what did Virgin faults-CS say when you called them to report it?

As well as the “check service,” weblink at the top of this forum board, there is also a Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which usually tells you of local issues, down to postcode level (that might even not yet be listed on the Service Status web page) that may give you more info. If nothing shows there call it in and see what they say when they test your connection and if possible get a fault reference number.

I had the robot tell me that my postcode had an issue and that Engineers were working hard to rectify it.
