No Socket Fitted

Hello!

I had my Virgin cable put in yesterday, but there isn't a wall socket - it's just a cable through a hole in my wall (photo below). Is this right?

If it’s a maned install, two teams are involved. One to pull the cable in from the street box and one to do the internal work. Seems to me you will get an install technician to do the final work and deliver your box/boxes.
