I was told yesterday and again this morning that a new router was being delivered.
I've just spoken to yodel who have not received anything for delivery.
Just what I need when working from home and like everyone else reliant on wifi for home entertainment as well as work.
Is there anyone at virgin who can explain why this hasn't happened?
Call centres are conveniently closed!!!
Is the old one not working?
If you ordered a new router can take 5 to 7 days to arrive.
