No Ranging Response received T3 timeout

Hi all

 

I've been having issues recently with my internet dropping multiple times every single day for the past couple weeks. When the internet goes off, it comes back after 10-15 minutes sometimes 30 minutes

Apparently no faults in the post code checker.

Try checking with Area faults on 0800 561 0061 or if you have a VM landline 150 as small local faults are not listed on the VM status page.

Post the power levels, Pre and PostRS errors from the Hub. Also setup a BQM to monitor your circuit www.thinkbroadband.com/ping

Once done we can comment.

Thanks for your post and welcome back to the community.

Many apologies for the issues faced with the service dropouts etc.

From checking our service there doesn't seem to be an area fault raised and also everything seems to be in spec.

Are you able to post what's been requested by @Adduxi?

From there we'll investigate further.
