No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Hi,

I've had connection issues ongoing for the last month or so in the form of frequent but short connectivity drops. I have tried all the troubleshooting I could find on the community boards but so far without a resolution.

Here are the logs which I assume can help determine the issue:

I'm really sorry to hear you're having trouble with your connection.

 

I've run diagnostics on your equipment and the levels are all looking okay at the moment. I've also picked up a concerning amount of timeouts in the hub's log. I'd like to send a technician to check this out for you.
