No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Hi,

Got this going on for the year or so. At least 1 time per day i must restart my superhub. Tried all the troubleshooting I could find here with no luck.Some days its fine but some days i must restart it several times.

Here are the logs which I assume can help determine the issue:

Post your downstream and upstream stats. We’ll take a look and let you know if they are bad.

Thanks for posting and welcome to the Community. 

 

I'm really sorry that you've been experiencing this problem. I've taken a look at your account and can see that the Hub hasn't been restarted this week, i'm hoping this means things have improved for you? All of the power levels are where they need to be and I can't see any issues on your equipment at the moment. If things still haven't improved for you, let me know and i'll take another look.

I think this week its been ok and i havent had to restart hub.

I've re-run diagnostics on your equipment and I've picked up a drop in your modem SNR levels that may be causing the dropouts. I'd like to send a technician to investigate further.
