Still experiencing the packet loss issue. It's making online gaming impossible. General internet usage is fine.

Yes, area 15. Virgin Media support claim it's nothing their end. I'm not convinced. I've never had this problem up until 2 weeks ago, then all of a sudden I start experiencing packet loss.

It's not getting better. It's consistently bad.

It the problem seems to have been fixed. I will test some games and report back. Still not happy with VMs customer service.

Online games seen to be working normally now. Will make a formal complaint to VM about their service.
