No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out

Hi,

I've had connection issues ongoing for the last week or so in the form of frequent but short connectivity drops. I have tried all the troubleshooting I could find on the community boards but so far without a resolution.

Here are the logs which I assume can help determine the issue:

Hopefully someone can help shed some light on these issues as it's ruining online gaming.

The logs are repeating the same error which is a known bug with the older Hubs.
You need to clear the Hub and reboot the Hub to get any meaningful info.

The rest of the stats look fine, so it might be worth setting up a BQM to get a more detailed picture on how the local circuit is performing. You will need to enable Respond to ICMP timeout echo requests first in the Advanced Settings > Tools > Ping section of the Hub's GUI first.

The VM Forum Team take about a week to respond to posts, from your last post.

If you are in area 15 then alot of people having the same problems as you . Supposed to be fixed Tuesday according to a person here.

When I spoke to support, they said that I needed to upgrade to 350Mbps. Which is absolutely ridiculous!

If this can't be resolved soon, I will switch ISPs.

The usual rubbish from offshore, and still VM are closing centres of excellence like Swansea.

Did you reset the network logs and reboot.

Your BQM link kinks back to TBB login page, you need to generate a link from the graph page itself.

Yes, I reset and rebooted.

The problem still continues as of Jan 1st.

I can't wait till the are more FTTH ISPs. VM is overpriced.

Still the log on page. Why not screenshot your graph (erase any ip data etc) and post that.
