No Ranging Response received I have this all the time day in day out .
Same issue as every one else with no joy I ring and all I get is network is fine .....I have drops all day for months and the same thing network is fine ..it’s starting to annoy me now your happy to take our money and not sort this problem out, And buy the sounds of it millions off your customers are having the same issue but your not willing to fix it ...
my sister had the same problem for 5 and a half months in the end she got feed up and switched to but although slower speed it’s cheaper and a better connection with no down time ...she says she’s not had 1 down time in 2 months...
for a company that was 1 of the first in the Uk and I’ve been with you guys since you started .loyalty and the price rises you keep slapping on means nothing any more ...

Well if you haven’t reported the problem to customer services as they are the first port of call for problems, then it will take sometime for a VM staff member on the board to get to your post. What you need to do in the meantime is go into your hub on 192.168.0.1 and post your up/downstream stats and network log.
