No Ranging Response Received T3 Time out

Hi, 

I have been having connection issues with Viring for over a week with connection dropouts. I spoke to Virgin yesterday and was told to factory reset my router. I mentioned the logs that i was getting the errors below but these were ignored. After resetting my router i still get these logs below and my internet hasn't dropped yet but I am experiencing lag spikes now and then.

I'm very sorry to hear about the issues you've been having with your broadband service. 

I have taken a look on our system and I am unable to see anything that could be affecting the service. 

Can you confirm if you're continuing to have this issue?
