No O2 sim 3 weeks after ordering from within the VM app

Ordered an O2 contract SIM @£15 pm over 3 weeks ago and after multiple calls to O2 (haven't been able to get through to VM!) They have no knowledge of my order.

Will be going in the bin when it finally arrives and VM will be getting binned at the end of this contract. Joke.
