No Entry point? Cul-de-sac?

Hi,

I have booked in for an installation of Gig1, currently I have BT FTTC, Virgin have laid the cable to the top of my street and before they dug up the rest when they looked at where I am and we lifted what I thought were BT fibre grates. As I have no entry point are they going to use these when they install or once they see this am I going to be disappointed?

My BT cable comes from under the outside of my house from one of those grates I would imagine.

When you say we lifted the gates, was this with the team completing the work or have you had a site survey since booking your installation?
