No DOCSIS 3.1 Channels

Hi,

So I have recently upgraded to the Gig1 Service, and I only just realised that I'm not getting any DOCSIS 3.1 channels.

It doesn't have anything to do with upstream or downstream as I have recently had this sorted.

Here is the status page stats for the downstream/upstreams channels.

Thanks for the update NikkiD69,

Sorry to hear that an engineers visit did not resolve the issue. Reading through the previous post, it seems Kain was liaising with an area field manager about this issue. Did he come back to you with a resolution with what could be done?

Sorry to hear this @NikkiD69, I've dropped a message to Kain to see if he's been able to make any headway with those he has E-Mailed
