No Broadband Connection. Area 26

Evening All,

I am just in from work to find my broadband is down. This also is affecting my TiVo box which is giving the C133 error. 

I have checked all connections and restarted both the router and TiVo box, but to no avail. 

Service status says there are no issues. I will give it a while to see if it comes back up.

As well as the “check service,” weblink there is also a Service Status number 0800 561 0061 which usually tells you of local issues, down to postcode level (that might even not yet be listed on the Service Status web page) that may give you more info.

If not, you need to call it in to register the fault and they will first test your connection.
