Virgin confirmed my installation slot for today 08:00 - 13:00. Unfortunately no sight or anything of them so far. Order is still shown on the system. I can't see any phone number or chat to enable me to find out what's going on. Anyone suggest a means of contacting someone in Virgin who can advise whats happening with my installation? Thanks!
