New super hub 3 not working

Hi

i have had a new super hub 3 in the box for a while and decided to set up today. It is not connecting to the internet. I have read it needs activating, but I can’t get hold of anybody. How can I get this sorted or do I need to go back to the old hub?

All new installs / replacement electronic equipment need to be activated.

You can try the Activation number -  0800 953 9500 

Best time to phone is 08:00

Or

You can wait on here for one of the VM Staff to pick up the thread but this may take a few days.
