Hi Guys

I recently upgraded my Broadband from M200 to M500, and also added sky sports package. My new Hub 5 arrived today, its activated and is now set up and working.

How long should it be before my services change?

Hi @taz_man 

Have you tried rebooting your set top box?

Also, if you have a Tivo or V6 then using your remote control go to

 Help & Settings > Help > Virgin T> go up to the top of the screen then TV Care and press OK >  Missing Channels.? > Refresh my channels list

Have you been able to try the reboot as suggested by @newapollo? Have your new services started since your last post?

I have tried the reboot, and there has been no change as yet, neither Channels or Broadband speed.

I have found something in virgins help pages

 

  • For existing customers – whether you’re adding services or upgrading your kit, we’ll activate your new services and kit six days after your collection or delivery.

So I guess I have to wait until Thursday which will be 6 days after delivery?
