Upstream still too high on some channels, and far too wide a spread on the signal levels on the downstream. You definitely need a technician to look at this, no way it’s going to get fixed otherwise.

I know replacing the router very rarely fixes the problem but can someone look at the new router stats to confirm i'll need to book an engineer? Thanks.
