New kit install

Hi,

I'm new to Virgin and just received the kit to install but without phone. When I chosed the contract was phone line included because without it's not working internet. My question is Phone is not included or I have to provide myself?

VM is not like BT/Open Reach system.

If you ordered the phone service you provide your own telephone.

VM broadband works on broadband without the phone service.

I understand broadband plus phone service is cheaper than broadband only.

I can activate the internet without phone? 100%?

I'm planning in this case to buy a phone but tomorrow or after tomorrow.

Well you just added information its about Activation really, well my installer did that so sorry can't help you on that, I'm sure another will join in who knows the answer to this new question.

Thanks for reaching out about the kit you have received. We provide the phone service but the phone equipment is not really included and you need to provide your own. Your broadband service can be activated without the phone. If there's anything that we can further help you with, don't hesitate to let us know.

In your kit there should be an RJ11 to BT adapter. Plug one end into one of the hub 3.0's RJ11 ports and your handset into the other.

The RJ11 is not included in the kit as it will be included  when you purchase a phone equipment. If you have any further questions, just  let us know.
