I'm new to Virgin and just received the kit to install but without phone. When I chosed the contract was phone line included because without it's not working internet. My question is Phone is not included or I have to provide myself?
Thanks for reaching out about the kit you have received. We provide the phone service but the phone equipment is not really included and you need to provide your own.
