Please somebody help. I had an installation appointment on Tuesday and the engineer had to leave half way through it.
He told me someone would be here within an hour to finish the job.
No one turned up.
After a call to customer services it was rescheduled for Thursday.
At 6pm I phoned and was told that an engineer was on his way and he would definitely be here for 9pm.
I've tried to call customer services but they are worse than useless and the quality of the call is appalling. I can barely understand what they say because if the poor audio.
Please can someone help?

Sorry to read there has been a delay in the broadband installation.
From checking your account, I can see you have called in to discuss this further and have an appointment scheduled in for the installation.
