I have a new iPhone 11 and sim. I gave the PAC code to virgin to transfer my number but I seem to currently have a new number and no text or calls are being received. is it just a case of waiting for the sim to activate please?
when you gave your pac code to virgin media did they state when the number gonna be switched from your old provider to virgin media network? As I remember correctly I have done this for my dad with a different provider and they stated when they gonna switch and gave him a new number until his one was switching over to the new network he signed up for, you can call customer service or go on virgin media website and talk to an online agent and they will be able to assist you regarding this issue.
