New hub

Saw on-line I could upgrade to the newest hub for free.  Answered the standard questions about my connections only to find I needed an engineers visit which I had to pay for.  Don't think I do as my existing hub connects directly into a cable coming from the box outside - ie not through the white internal box.  Does that sound right?

Re: New hub

If your current hub works fine I wouldn't upgrade, unless it's from a 2 to a 3.

Going from a 3 to a 4 seems to just cause more problems at the moment!

But if you do upgrade, you need to activate the new hub upon delivery, it won't work until you do, and your old hub will stop working once you have done so, so there's no going back.
