I've just set up my new hub the 3.0 followed the instructions, all the lights came on, then started downloading updates as stated, but 4 hours later nothing... Still green flashing lights, I've checked the cables 3 times, reset it twice and turned it on and off countless times but still nothing, when I checked the service status it claims its tuned off, do I just use my old hub and save the hassle??
Did you call in to activate it? If not do so. If you have call in to "activate" again - its not unknown for them to mishear or mistype a digit into their 'puters.
