I'm not impressed with this under hand tactic from Virgin Media, according to the email I had, the upgrade to hub 4 was at no extra cost...
Nowhere in the email or any info sheets which came with said package did it mention about a cost or charge... However noticing my bill for this month there is an additional £35 charge....
I'm sorry but 'no extra cost' doesn't mean a sneakily hidden one of charge of £35, I tried ringing them today but unfortunately they are closed, but will be on to c.service tomorrow.
To Anyone who has accepted the upgrade, also check your ebill.
