Hi, I received my new hub 5 a few weeks ago but 2 of us cant connect to our mobiles and cant get wifi in the kitchen and 2 bedrooms can I go back to my old hub 3 this is just ridiculous now.

yes you can go back to the 3 - ring them say the 5 is faulty and/or not working - turn it off when you ring - makes their helpful suggestions redundant - thay may even say they can see it which will be somewhat of a lie - so just push for the 3 to be added back -you will be one in a growing number of users who have gone that route
