Got a call about my old house connection being taken over by its new owners, and while on the on the phone I updated address, upgraded package, and eagerly awaited new hub3 which arrived late this afternoon. Upon installing the new hub, I fitted the cable into the wallbox. Felt a bit baggy so took the cover off only to fine out there's only about 1ft of cable which was pushed into the wall! So I don't even know where the cable comes from 😞
Fastest way to get an engineer? We've been in the house 1 day, need to work next Tuesday from home!
