Hi there. I'm planning on moving into a new flat that's been converted from a previous property and trying to sign up to Virgin online. The postcode is coming up and Virgin is definitely available on other street numbers but the flat address isn’t currently showing up (though the two new flats there are definitely on the Royal Mail address finder).
Has anyone got any suggestions?
