I was offered an upgrade on my broadband account nearly a month ago.
I accepted the generous offer and received confirmation that Yodel would be delivering my new kit within a week.
I still haven't received any kit of any correspondence from Yodel.
I have lost patience with the VM telephone system as I just sit in queues.
Anyone at VM available to help me out please?
