New customers v old

Hi I've received my new self connection kit ,however the hubs light has been flashing green for the 2 hours. It seems the broadband is not working at all !Will I need an engineer to sort out this problem?

worth double checking its activated - give them a ring and get them to do it again - if that fails book a tech

Still having problems with it I'm afraid. The green light just continues to flash, can I book an engineer to sort the problem out?
