New customer

Hi. Signed up to virgin a few days ago.... Credit check was fine. Virgin said they have to talk to me first before we can get set up.  I got a email to say Yodel will be delivering modem Friday 4th September 2020. And that's it ?? No other Information. 

What's the chances of my modem actually turning up today or have I been declined virgin broadband and not been told ?

You should be fine. Ive been with VM for 12 years (8y in old house + 4y in current) . In my experience they will get Yodel to deliver. Hope you have located the socket so just connect and enjoy 🙂
