Out of curiosity as a new customer would you not be issued with the latest hub rather than a older hub

Re: New customer connection today

You will get either a second hand hub, or maybe a new hub.  It will be a Hub 3 or 4 or 5 for lower tiers, and a Hub 4 or 5 for the 1GB tier.

VM Hub's are all rented by the user and are recycled back into the usable pool of stock.

Re: New customer connection today

Hello Fluffy78

Thanks for taking the time to post in regards to your services and equipment, we appreciate you raising this via the forums.

As Adduxi has already advised, we can provide from a number of Hub's depending on the tier of broadband taken ranging from the Hub 3 up to the Hub 4 or Hub 5. They're typically for the higher tier packages such as 1 Gig, we will always try to provide a new Hub where possible but if not a fully refurbished and tested model.

If you have any issues or queries, please don't hesitate to get in touch and we'll be happy to help.

Rob

Re: New customer connection today

The hub 3 enables you to get up to M600, anything higher requires a hub 4 or a hub 5.
